All visitors are currently required to make a reservation online before arriving at the exhibition. Use the link below to reserve your arrival time-slot and purchase your tickets, all in a single, streamlined step.

Monday – Thursday : Closed (Private Bookings Available)
Weekend Hours
Friday & Saturday: 10am -08:00pm (General Admission, Design Studio)
Sunday: Noon-8:00pm (General Admission)
"with your ticket"
Freely travel through various, instagrammable exhibits, and participate in a hands-on sneaker design workshop! Discover the Sneakerhead in U by exploring our “University” themed sneaker installations such as World Studies (A tribute to NYC and Harajuku designers), Hypebeast Hall (the rise of Hypebeast culture), Evolution (Yeezy Influence & Transformation), and more! Ultimately, delivering a jaw dropping experience to honor sneaker culture and its greatest creations throughout history worldwide!
"general admission"
- The base price of tickets vary by persons age; however, children ages 2 & under do not require a ticket.
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Sneakerhead University is registered as a place of amusement, tickets are subject to an additional 12% tax rate; 9% city tax and 3% county tax.
- Children ages 15 & under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 18 or over.
- All tickets must be purchased online. We do not offer an on-site ticketing option.
- Timed entry is required to maintain a safe, enjoyable, socially distanced flow.
- Please arrive promptly at your reservation time.
- You are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before your ticketed time slot to ensure entry. If you are late for your time slot, your ticket is no longer valid and entry is not guaranteed The tickets will have a 10-minute grace period.
- Your ticket is only valid on the date of the ticket. Please confirm your ticket date while purchasing
- One ID must match one person in your party

By entering Sneakerhead University, you consent to Sneakerhead University’s use and publication of your image, likeness and/or name, and those of anyone in your party over whom you have custody or guardianship, anywhere, for any purpose, in perpetuity, and you waive and release all rights and claims related thereto.
Sneakerhead University strictly prohibits:
- Possession of firearms or other weapons of any kind, alcohol, illegal substances, physically violent or verbally abusive actions and behaviors
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) inside of the property
- Large bags, food and beverages are not allowed in the museum.
- Discriminatory actions, displays, or statements of any kind
- Sneakerhead University staff reserves the right to ask visitors who do not follow these measures and other museum policies to leave the museum’s property immediately.

You can book the whole studio for private parties and team building events! Contact us for details.
"how to book field trip"
1- Complete our “contact us” option to receive a field trip reservation form.
2- Once we receive your request, we will book your group reservation and send you an email verification within three business days. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will contact you to discuss alternatives for your group.
3- If you need to make changes to your reservation, or reschedule or cancel your visit, contact as soon as possible.
4- Send us your final headcount—which includes ALL students, teachers, and adult chaperones—and your payment no later than two weeks prior to your visit date.
5- Once we receive your payment, we will email you a final confirmation agreement and receipt.
6- You’re all set! Enjoy your field trip to Sneakerhead University!
